Five patients were included in class I (no hepatomegaly and no myocardiosclerosis), four in class II (with myocardiosclerosis or hepatomegaly), and six in class III (with both hepatomegaly and portal fibrosclerosis). The total nucleated cells of donor marrow per kilogram weight of recipients were 2.3 to 10 X 10s. Engraftment was confirmed by cytogenetic analysis in six patients with sex mismatch.
