Context |
The user will not be able to complete loading unless he or she signifies assent to the manufacturer´s terms and conditions, a copy of which will be available for display on the screen should that be desired. The assent may be transmitted to the manufacturer by means of registration cards to be returned by post, or, if the end user is "on line" or has a modem, by electronic communication also occurring as part of the loading process.
