| A foodstuff treated with ionising radiation may not be imported from a third country unless it complies with the conditions which apply to those foodstuffs, is accompanied by documents showing the name and address of the facility which carried out the irradiation treatment and providing the information referred to in Article 8, was treated in an irradiation facility approved by the Community and appearing on the list referred to in paragraph 2 of this Article. |
