Just-above-the-knee shorts that fit close toleg. First worn with knee socks as streetwear by men on the island of Bermuda, introduced in U.S. in early 1950s, as sportswear for women, later adopted by men for summer casual wear both in country and in town.
Their uniforms consist of breathtaking bikinis worn under anoraks or flowing dusters, Bermudas and little tunics that really show off those marching legs.
