| Plasma kann aus Vollblut oder durch die maschinelle Plasmapherese gewonnen werden. Plasma aus Vollblut wird durch Zentrifugation gewonnen; die Menge des Plasmas ist abhängig vom Spender-Hämatokrit. Somit resultieren aus jedem Vollblut unterschiedliche Mengen an Plasma. |
