This sole pressing machine is designed for the shape stabilization of lasted shoe uppers. It is possible to process children´s, ladies´ and men´s shoes including leg boots. Leather uppers are stabilized with hot humid air and poromeric uppers with hot dry air. Heat-set shoes retain the shape of the last and look much better. The machine controls all technological parameters of the heat-setting process (temperature, rate of moistening, conveyor´s speed) and it is marked by low consumption of electricity, short temperature rise time and trouble-free steam generation. The new conveying system eliminates frequent problems with conveyor belts, common to many conventional heat-setting devices.
