CompuServe has demonstrated a strong likelihood of prevailing on its claims that Defendants´ conduct constitutes infringement of CompuServe´s registered service mark, "COMPUSERVE," unfair competition under the Lanham Act (15 U.S.C. § 1125) and common law, and deceptive trade practices under Ohio Revised Code § 4165.02. CompuServe has further demonstrated a strong likelihood of prevailing on its claims that Defendants´ conduct constitutes a conversion of or trespass upon CompuServe´s personal property and a violation of the Computer Fraud and Abuse Act (18 U.S.C. § 1030).
